Cancellation Policy:

-Once work has begun on a custom item, cancellations will not be accepted.

-Cancellation will not be accepted after an order has shipped.

-Cancellations prior to beginning work on a custom item or shipping an order can be requested through our contact form.

Refund Policy:


-Lost or stolen tags are not our responsibility.  There will be no refunds given for lost/stolen ID tags or keychains.

-For a specific concern, please contact us.

Exchange Policy:

-Exchanges can ONLY be made on brand new, unworn NON CUSTOM items.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping for the item they wish to exchange & for shipping of the new merchandise.  New merchandise will not be shipped until the return items have been received.

-Exchanges can only be made on bandanas ordered in the wrong size. No exchanges for ID tags, paw balms, keychains, anything customized, or for different designs.
